What you see is what you get. It's a simple elastic loop retainer for batteries that is properly sized and tensioned for its prescribed use. The only change I would make would be to decrease the height of the panel in order to facilitate stacking panels. The velcro used is of high enough quality to support a reduced profile. That being said the panel is incredibly stable and I expect no problems from it.
