POSITION 

Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for handling all assigned sales accounts. The Account Manager will support all elements of the sales life cycle to include but not limited to; opportunity investigation, identification, and validation; customer intelligence gathering; presentation creation; and customer and industry business partner development. The Account Manager will support, report to, and be directed by the Business Development Sales Manager.

TASKS & RESPONSBILITIES 

  • Manage assigned accounts throughout the entire sales lifecycle. 
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. 
  • Support the management and organization of the sales department through the entire pre-sale, quoting, purchasing, and product shipment process. 
  • Understand, promote, and sell the full line of Spiritus Systems products in relation to the customers’ needs. 
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with customers at all levels, including purchasing and marketing personnel, and as top decision makers, by demonstrating a customer focus based on integrity and trust. 
  • Maintains continuous communication and follow-up with key account customers and takes responsibility for follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction.  
  • Provides account base with superior customer service and maintains regular sales call schedule for assigned accounts. 
  • Respond to RFPs, OTAs, RFIs, and other standard government requests as well as unsolicited white papers and proposals. 
  • Understand and navigate government contracting vehicles, and procedures.  
  • Represent Spiritus Systems at conferences and customer meetings to further position Spiritus as a leader for solutions relevant to the tactical industry. 
  • Work and collaborate closely across all Spiritus Systems’ internal departments to successfully address needs of your customers. 
  • Work in conjunction with the business operations team who will support business development related activities for pricing, contracts, and legal needs. 
  • Be able to travel to customer locations, military installations, demonstration sites, trade shows, and other industry or company events. 
  • Support, report to, and be directed by the Business Development Sales Manager.
  • Sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, and kneel for up to and including 8 hours. 
  • Utilizing appropriate software, such as the MicrosoftDynamics, and the Microsoft Officesuite, forany and allof these duties.   
  • Finally, the Employee shall perform all other duties reasonably related to the Company’s business when asked to do so by the Company’s executive team.

Photo/Video Content Creator

The Spiritus Systems Photo/Video Content Creator will be responsible for developing video and photo content for the marketing department. The job’s primary deliverables will be destined for YouTube, Instagram, print projects, and more.  

The position will report to the Creative Director and regularly plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content in both a studio and lifestyle/documentary context. An eye for good visual style and attention to detail when delivering polished content is required. Daily tasks will consist of managing all the company’s product photography, creating short-form videos for social media, and working with otherPhoto/Video Content Creators on collaborative video projects and on-location photo shoots.  

TASKS & RESPONSBILITIES 

  • Shoot and edit short-form videos for weekly Instagram Reels and other social media outlets. 

  • Shoot and edit all product photography for website and print production. 

  • Act as A or B Camera for all on-location video shoots. 

  • When not filming on video shoots, act as photographer for all on-location content creation trips. 

  • Support in the conceptualization, design, execution, and promotion of product promotion campaigns online.  

  • Organize and manage all photo and video content created as marketing assets. 

  • Provide video/photo editing, graphic, audio sweetening support on a wide range of other projects as directed.  

  • Provide shooting, gripping, lighting, and on location audio support on a wide range of projects.  

  • Interact with internal customers to gain full understanding of projects, products and customer needs.  

  • Attend team meetings to brainstorm and provide ideas for video and marketing strategies.  

  • Create high quality content that demonstrates creativity and excellence in terms of framing, composition, and editing.  

  • Adhere to brand guidelines, seasonal creative direction, and internal production standards.  

  • Deliver final creative assets per required specifications.  

  • Support the Creative Director on all in-studio live streaming projects and support the development of sets and other proper assets.  

  • Support, report to, and be directed by the Creative Director. 

  • Physical requirements may include sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, andkneeling for up to and including 8 hours.   

  • Utilize appropriate software, such as but not limited toMicrosoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office Suite,The Adobe Creative Suite, and Davinci Resolve, for any and all of these duties.   

  • May be required to attend trade shows,training events, gear testing,and/or other company events.  

  • Perform all other duties reasonably related to the Company’s business when asked to do so by the Company’s Executive Team.

POSITION 

2nd Shift Cutting Machine Operator

Spiritus Systems is currently searching for a 2nd Shift Cutting Machine Operator position. Spiritus Systems is a rapidly growing veteran-owned small business that manufactures tactical nylon equipment based in Aberdeen, NC. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, hardworking individual to join our team with the potential for growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic product assembly (buckles, zippers) under supervision.
  • Performs basic production preparation (cutting, kitting) under supervision.
  • Performs basic quality control and packaging under supervision.
  • Operates automated sewing and cutting equipment
  • Operates and troubleshoots automated sewing and cutting equipment.
  • Maintains quality control and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision with the highest degree of proficiency and minimal to no quality control issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attention to detail.  
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week 
  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs. of weight 
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-motivated, independent, highly detailed person with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload

POSITION 

Warehouse Associate

The warehouse associate is an integral position in the inbound and/or outbound warehouses. The warehouse associate will perform basic warehouse functions and collaborate with the shipment and receipt of unfinished or finished products. They will be trained with procedural knowledge and have the ability to communicate the procedural information required to perform as an associate in the inbound or outbound warehouses. They will support and report to the Master Scheduler.

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic warehouse receiving and shipping functions to include picking, processing, verifying, and packing.
  • Receives and/or ships according to various carrier protocols, such as but not limited to UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.
  • Understands picking and packing slips and able to make necessary adjustments to orders. 
  • Work with internal and external customers to complete any necessary receiving and shipping customer support functions.
  • Maintains any necessary warehouse documentation for daily operations.
  • Clean and maintain warehouse space.
  • Performs and documents all equipment maintenance and safety protocols.
  • Collaborates and communicates with coworkers, customer service representative, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Physical requirements may include sitting, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and kneeling for up to and including 8 hours.
  • Utilize appropriate software to perform warehouse functions, such as but not limited to BigCommerce, Microsoft Office, and/or Microsoft Dynamics systems to facilitate job duties.
  • Support and report to the Master Scheduler in his/her duties.

POSITION 

Sewing Machine Operator

About you: You’re a professional. You are committed to producing products that are of high quality. You’re punctual with your time and familiar with working in a production facility. 

Responsibilities

  •  Performs basic sewing functions.
  • Able to sew straight lines and basic geometric shapes.

  • Able to assemble different types of textile materials into a finished product.

  • Able to read and interpret sewing technical packets and follow instructions.

  • Maintains quality control and takes appropriate action to maintain accuracy and precision.

  • Able to identify components and workings of sewing machine and perform basic daily maintenance.

 

Qualifications

  • Highly detailed person with good organization skills, logical thinker with strong follow-up and follow-through.
  • Ability to work 40 Hours a week. 

  • Ability to sit for long durations at various sewing machines. 

  • Ability and willingness to lift up to 50lbs of weight.
